Yes, all apartments are fitted with air conditioning in the living area for your comfort.

All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Guests may smoke on balconies/courtyards, provided the apartment doors are closed and that it does not affect the comfort or enjoyment of other guests.

No, a deposit is not required at the time of booking to secure your stay. Full payment is required 48 hours prior to your arrival date.

We do not have an on-site gym. Guests have easy access to nearby fitness centres.

No, Horizon Holiday Apartments does not have lifts. The building is located on the side of a hill and has four levels, which are accessible by stairs only.

  • Level 4: 2 flights of stairs
  • Level 3: 1 flight of stairs
  • Level 2: ramps only

If you require easier access, we recommend requesting an apartment on a lower level at the time of booking.

For the comfort of all guests, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony/courtyard.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival may incur a fee. Please refer to the cancellation policy at the time of booking for full details.

No, we don’t have an on-site restaurant or café as our apartments are fully self-catering. However, there are many cafés and restaurants just a short walk away, offering a variety of dining options.

Horizon Holiday Apartments offers a range of accommodation options to suit different needs, including:

  1. Several 1-Bedroom Apartments
  2. Several 1-Bedroom Ocean View Apartments
  3. One 2-Bedroom Family Apartment

All apartments are fully self-contained, featuring a full-size kitchen, private bathroom, and either a balcony or courtyard.

Each kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential crockery, cutlery, and cookware.

The bedroom is separate from the open-plan living and kitchen area, ensuring a comfortable and spacious stay.

Guests are required to report any damage or breakages to reception. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss, and fees may apply to cover the cost of repairs or replacements for anything beyond normal wear and tear.

Yes. We welcome wedding groups, sporting clubs, family reunions, and other group stays. For group rates and tailored packages, please contact us directly on (02) 4476 5200.

Yes, we provide all guests with access to our e-guest-guide with all information on your apartment, things to do in Narooma and details of all pubs, restaurants and clubs.

All Horizon Apartments are fully self-contained and not serviced daily. For guest stays of 7 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay service is provided. Additional servicing can be arranged for an extra fee. Please advise reception at check-in if you would like to book this service.

Upon check-in you are provided with a welcome folder with a direct number to contact during your stay that will auto connect to the manager on duty. In-House guests can dial 02 4410 5027.

Yes, cots and highchairs are available on request with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.   (fees may apply).

Yes. All apartments are supplied with fresh linen (bed sheets + pillow cases), bath towels, bath mat, hand towel, washer, and starter toiletries (including soap, shampoo, and toilet paper). Additional items can be provided upon request.

Yes, luggage storage is available to all guests. Please speak with our reception staff to arrange your required luggage storage.

Check-out is by [10:00 am]. Late check-out may be available on request and may incur an additional fee.

Yes, larger apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living areas are available for families.

Yes. All apartments feature a full-size kitchen equipped with a fridge (full sized), oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery, cutlery, and cookware for a comfortable self-catering stay.

For emergency services (ambulance, police, fire) please immediately call 000. Do not delay if you feel an emergency situation has arisen. State your location as Horizon Apartments 147 Princes Highway, Narooma and apartment number.

Then please notify management by calling our emergency number 0433 781 516 so that we may assist you and the emergency services to locate your apartment.

In case of a fire in your apartment

Do not attack the fire unless you are confident to do so. There is a fire blanket inside the pantry in the kitchen, and a fire extinguisher outside of your apartment.

If you have a stove fire, if safe to do so, turn off the hob switch at the powerpoint near the kettle .

  • Dial 000 and ask for ‘FIRE’
  • State your location – Horizon Apartments, 147 Princes Highway, Narooma NSW 2546 and your apartment number
  • Ensure that all persons from your apartment are accounted for
  • Notify management by calling our emergency number 0433 781 516 so that we may assist you and the Fire services to locate your apartment.
  • Refer to the evacuation plan located on the back of your apartment front door. Take note of your evacuation route and move to the the relevant assembly point as quickly and as calmly as possible.
  • Close the door to your apartment as you depart to contain the fire.
  • Ensure that all persons from your apartment are accounted for

Do not attempt to re-enter the building until a Fire Officer states that it is safe to do so.

Yes, we offer 1 x ground-floor accessible apartments and 1 x ocean view apartment on level 3 with no stairs to the apartment from street level. The showers have a low lip to step over for access. We are sorry but our bathrooms are not wheelchair friendly.

Yes. All 1-bedroom apartments feature a private ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The 2-bedroom apartment includes a private ensuite off the main bedroom and a second bathroom conveniently located near the second bedroom.

  4. Mountain Biking: MTB Narooma is situated in the beautiful Bodalla State Forest, offering 100 km of trails for both the experience and novice biking enthusiasts.
  5. Scenic Drives and Lookouts: Explore rugged coastlines, ancient forests, hidden valleys, and spectacular lookouts with views from the mountains to the sea.
  6. Walking Trails: Choose from a variety of walks along the coast, state forests, national parks, villages, and towns in Eurobodalla.
  7. Narooma to Dalmeny Path: A stunning coastal path running for 6 km, designed to be shared by bikers and walkers, offering spectacular views.
  8. Lighthouse Museum: Located on the Princes Highway, open 7 days a week, where you can learn about the history of Montague Island and the light station.

We are located just 7 minutes’ walk from the beach and close to cafés, shops, and attractions. Unfortunately, there is a steep hill for the return walk. Local club runs a free courtesy bus.

Yes, Horizon Holiday Apartments welcome long-term and business bookings. Special rates are available for extended stays.

Guests can enjoy whale watching tours, Montague Island trips, fishing charters, golf, cycling, 100ks.of mountain bike trails, bushwalks, and national parks. Full details are provided in our e-guest-guide. 

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the property to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests. Trained assistance animals supporting guests with disabilities are welcome; however, an additional cleaning fee applies.

Yes, we have designated spaces for larger vehicles. Please notify our reception staff in advance for parking allocation.
